Having problems with your landlord? Are there defects in your apartment, and who is responsible for fixing them? Was your utility bill surprisingly high? You have moved out of your rental apartment, but the landlord is refusing to return your security deposit?

Don't panic! – We cover the costs of a tenancy law consultation with the Salzburg Tenants' Association. We are pleased with our successful partnership with the Salzburg Tenants' Association and hope their team will be able to assist you!

With a "Überweisung an den Mieterschutzverband" ("Referral to the Tenants' Association") from the ÖH Uni Salzburg, you can access the Tenants' Association's advisory services free of charge—we cover the costs! To do this, register at meine.oeh-salzburg.at, generate the referral under the "Mietrechtsberatung" ("Tenancy Law Advice") service, and bring it with you to your consultation.
