The secretariat at Universitätsplatz 7/1. The secretariat on the 1st floor is the coordinating hub between the Finance Department, the ÖH University of Salzburg chair and the Advice Centre, making it the central point for the administrative bodies of the ÖH University of Salzburg.

The ÖH University of Salzburg secretariat mainly deals with students’ concerns in cooperation with the Finance Department and financial accounting, for example with reimbursement requests for students’ expenses. The secretariat keeps an overview of administrative matters; study-related questions are handled by the Advice Centre at Unipark.

Opening hours

From 2026-08-06 to 2026-08-28, the office will be unstaffed.
